Peanut Butter Banana Roll

This is the perfect snack to have before or after a work out, or just when you need a sweet, healthy treat. 


1 Whole Grain Tortilla

1 Banana

2 Large Tablespoons of Peanut Butter  

A Sprinkle of Honey

A Dash of Coconut

Peanut Butter Banana Roll

  Lay out the tortilla. Then scoop two large spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the center of the tortilla. Use the spoon to spread out the peanut butter to the edge of the tortilla. Now, peel the banana and place it on the far edge of one side of the tortilla. Roll the banana with the tortilla towards the other side until the banana is fully wrapped. Slice the roll into different pieces. Lay out the pieces around a plate. Use the honey and drizzle it over all of the pieces. Last, sprinkle a dash of coconut over each piece.
