This is another simple and delicious smoothie bowl recipe!
- One banana
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- A handful of kale
- 1 tbs of peanutbutter
- 1/3 c if almond milk
Put all of these ingredients in the mixer. Mix everything very well. Pour into a bowl. You can put whatever you want on top of your bowl but here are the ingredients I put on mine
- Mini dark chocolate chips
- Unsweetened oats
Sprinkle about 1/3 c of oats to the side of the bowl. Put a few chocolate chips and a few almonds over the oats. A pinch of coconut and drizzle honey over the whole bowl. This bowl is the perfect sweet treat and it’s filled with great nutrients for your body!
